The name Dibwe derives from the Bantu/Swahili word for "stones" or "minerals" — a name that anchors the company in the earth, in Africa, and in purpose. Dibwe Mining was incorporated in Lusaka, Zambia.

Dibwe Mining was founded by a group of entrepreneurs who identified a critical gap in Zambia's mining ecosystem: the disconnect between international capital, operational expertise, and the local communities who hold the mineral rights. Dibwe Mining was created to bridge that gap.

We work with registered mining cooperatives, licensed individual rights holders, local governments, and international investors to facilitate structured, transparent, and profitable mineral extraction and trade.
Where We Operate
Our operations span Zambia's most resource-rich provinces — Lusaka, Eastern, Central (Mumbwa, Serenje), Southern (Pemba), Western (Kaoma), and Northern (Mpika) — and extend into Mozambique and Zimbabwe, with strategic expansion plans across Southern and Eastern Africa.

Groundwork & Partnerships
Pemba Aquamarine, Mumbwa Calcite, and Nyimba multi-mineral partnerships formalised. MOU signed with Iceman Investment Ltd and Kariba Minerals for the Amethyst JV. 39 workers mobilised.
Formally Incorporated
Dibwe Mining incorporated in Lusaka. Initial mineral site assessments begin across Southern, Central, and Eastern Province.
Revenue Channels Established
Signed offtake agreements secured with a gold buyer and a Chinese trading firm, ahead of full-scale deployment.
Partnership Drive Launched
Investment partnership drive launched. Kaoma copper and gold mine licensing in progress. Website and digital partner platform launched.
Full-Scale Operations
Full-scale operations across all active projects. Mozambique and Zimbabwe partnerships operational. ESG audit completed.
